Hedda Lettuce American Drag Queen Comedian
Hedda Lettuce is an American drag queen comedian and singer, who first debuted the character by Steven Polito in 1991 on the Manhattan Cable TV show, “The Brenda and Glennda Show”
A good sing gift is blessed upon him, as he’s one of a few drag queens who does the singing on live show instead of lip syncing. Her appearances on TV shows are countless, where he showed on many shows, including MTV, Comedy Central, The People’s Court and a cameo on Sex and the City.
Other than TV show, Hedda Lettuce also took a job as a model and client of Suede when on the Project Runway. Hedda Lettuce is a self-proclaimed gay man who dresses in Drag. You might remember his role when he most recently appeared on the Tyra Banks show, when he took a glimpse into the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.
