Jesse McCartney Will Sue Everyone Publishing His Nude Photo
Jesse McCartney stated that he will sue everyone publishing his nude photo – or even one that looks like him. Looks like it began where many pictures showing what looks like a naked McCartney.
Shawn Chapman Holley, McCartney’s lawyer would send any letter to any website that would dare publish the photo. She warns:
“a person is attempting to circulate a nude photo which purports to be Mr. McCartney.” She goes on, “McCartney was unaware of the taking of this alleged photo, did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo, and certainly did not consent to the taking of such photo.”
Holley also mentioned that the photo appeared to have been manipulated by a computer software, and this would be a grave invastion of McCartney’s privacy right. She added that she would go after anyone who publishes it for “substantial monetary damages.”
