Nelly Furtado Film Debut – Score: A Hockey Musical

Nelly Furtado is best known as a singer. But that image is going to change soon. She’s going to act on her film debut in Score: A Hockey Musical. She will play as a woman obsessed in the game.

“Nelly is an incredible entertainer and, after speaking with her, I realized that she fully relished embracing her inner hockey fanatic,” said director Michael McGowan.

Other than herself, Olivia Newton-John will also play as a mother of a young hockey player. Filming will begin in Toronto later this month. Going to wait for this one. Expect her singing on this movie. Right.
