Peter Fehse Gets Traded to Utah Jazz
Peter Fehse is a German basketball player, who currently plays for the New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig. News on the net report that the 26-year-old basketball player has been traded by the team to the Utah Jazz for Matt Harpring and Eric Maynor. The trade was made not to get Fehse, but helping the high-paying Jazz to avoid NBA’s luxury tax. Looks like Fehse value is very low in this situation. Well, the Jazz get the rights to 2002 draft to pick Peter Fehse, although he has never played in the NBA.
Oklahoma City Thunder Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti spoke about the trade,
“We are pleased to add Eric Maynor to our organization,” said Presti. “Eric possesses a work ethic and team first mentality that we feel will help us in our continued growth.”
