Caster Semenya is a hermaphrodite! Officials were right from the start. The world’s 800m champion was on a gender test and it was discovered that the South African runner is a woman, and a man at the same time. She has both male and female genitals, but no womb or ovaries. Moreover, she has internal testes and testosterone levels that are three times higher than average women.
